The Supreme Court has ruled that police, corporations, and governments simply cannot mine and disclose data about you, which is collected by your iPhone, such as tracking and location data. Your iPhone is, indeed, as we always obviously new, protected by the fourth amendment. This was always true, and we always knew it, it did not suddenly become true now that the courts have done something about it, however, police and government failed on the strength of conscience, to follow the obvious rule of law. Nevertheless, this is a victory, because now it is On the record, that, yes, indeed, your digital devices And the data collected and transmitted by them are protected by the fourth amendment.
