Featured Exercise: High Cable Curls

How to perform the high cable curl:

1. Attach stirrup handles to the high pulleys on either side of a cable crossover station.

2. Stand directly in the middle of the station, grab the handles, and begin with your arms extended out to the sides so that your body forms a “T.”

3. Keeping your body and upper arms stationary, bend both arms/elbows simultaneously to curl the handles in toward your head as far as possible.

4. Squeeze the contraction for a count at the top, then return to the start position.
