Mike Pence is not concerned about American cities

In an interview with Tucker Carlson Pike Pence answers the question: why his concern is that the Ukrainian's, a country most Americans can't find on a map, don't have enough tanks, and not for American cities and increasing crime and disorder. Pence answers "That's not my concern."
