- Joshua 'Civic Duty' Kimbrell vs Randolph County Sheriff Art Moystner & an unidentified Jailer at 1:29p on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023... Josh had just spent 23 hours and 59 minutes in a jail cell for saying: "I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU!" to a former friend at 1:10p on Monday, July 10th, 2023! That friend acted "out of pocket" and illegally had Josh kidnapped and held hostage for 24 hours... with a release time to be at 1:30p on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023.

- So at 1:29p Josh was ready to go... and as we have heard and now see... the jail wanted to flex one more time... and as we can hear and as we see... JOSH STOOD HIS GROUND!!!
