Velatox contaminants floating around

Many people whom have purchased this product have complained of mold and foreign particles floating around in the vial but have been told it is "normal" and to not worry about injecting it! The company website listed on the box is not working and hasn't worked for a long time. This product cannot be found in the MFDS database as this manufacturer is a ghost so there is nobody to reach out to about quality control issues. The box is marked sterile which is obviously false marketing.
