Lisa Marie Presley died of complications related to prior weight-loss surgery, autopsy reports

According to a Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s report released Thursday, Lisa Marie Presley died after developing a small bowel obstruction during a bariatric surgery years earlier. The toxicology report showed Lisa Marie, the only child of rock icon Elvis Presley, had therapeutic levels of oxycodone in her blood that did not contribute to her death. Presley died on January 13 at 54 years old following an apparent cardiac arrest.
