Mr. Alex Berg has created this awesome video with some of his 3rd through 5th graders at JB Young K-8 School in Davenport, Iowa. This is their version of a cardio exercise to "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" by Silento for their Physical Education class as a warm-up. What a great way to get kids moving around, especially since they love to perform it to one of their favorite songs!
