Rep. Jackson commends NDAA amendment blocking Pentagon’s abortion reimbursement policy

During a House Freedom Caucus press conference Friday, Representative Ronny Jackson (R-TX) celebrated the passage of his and Representative Chip Roy’s (R-TX) amendment to the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act that would prohibit the Pentagon’s abortion policy. The divisive Department of Defense abortion policy pays for or reimburses military members’ expenses related to abortion services.
