Does Acts 10 Mean All Meat Is Now Clean?

The scriptures are very clear that God created some animals to be eaten. Other animals which were not designed to be eaten were categorized as unclean, and unfit for human consumption. These laws predate the flood. Noah understood the difference between clean and unclean animals. You can read that in Genesis 7:2, where Noh was instructed to take seven pairs of each clean animal on the ark and only two pairs of each unclean animal.
However, the 10th chapter of Acts contains a fascinating account of Peter receiving a vision which significantly impacted the early Church. Does the vision received by Peter in Acts 10 mean that all meat is now clean?
