WHAT?! Suspect on Bike Steals Horse from Trailer in the Middle of the Night

The Orlando Police Department released surveillance video of a suspect stealing a horse from a trailer at 3:15AM on Thusday, July 13. The suspect then led the horse away from the scene while riding a bike.
