Black Bear in neighborhood

I had just gone in to get a small brush, to brush pollen off of a cat tree. We are having a yard sale. I looked over, about 30 feet away was a strange looking large dog. It had stringy brown hair, thin hips, skinny. It turned to look at the neighbors house and I thought Holy cow, it's a Bear. Ran in to grab Augie and my phone. Caught this as he was walking down the street.
