Contrary to the title, I would strongly NOT recommend this pack for running. The pockets are few, and it slipped way too much. I was constantly tightening it on a 10 mile run. I haven't used it again, but I would think it will do perfectly fine for hiking.
It was exactly right!!! I recommend fully!! 2 other vendors/brands were WAY cheaper But they were total crap!! Or had no chance of fitting. Don't waste time buying the cheaper ones!! You'll have to send them back and buy this one anyway!!!
2liter water container easy to use and does not leak. Hands free hydration with storage.
Need strong strap easy to loose when you running!
