Menstrual hygiene management - Health minister appeals for boy child skilling on menstrual hygiene.

Health Minister Dr Jane Ruth Aceng has appealed for the skilling of both the boy and girl child on the management of menstrual hygiene to reduce school absenteeism stemming from menstrual stigma.
Aceng said menstruation is a normal biological process that no one should shy away from discussing with their children. She later launched the distribution of free reusable sanitary pads to 130 government aided schools supported by Plan Uganda.
