Peristomal Skin Irritation | Common Causes & Fixing My Awful Skin Irritation | Let's Talk IBD

Skin irritation can be so.... irritating! Peristomal skin damage can be difficult to manage, especially if you do not know the cause of it. I talk about irritant dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, and fungal infections. I speak to my own experience having difficult with different ostomy flanges and flange extenders and well as some issues I believe I had with a fungal infection!
