Woman falls off Inflatible climbing wall

A woman is almost at the top of a climber in the middle of a lake. She is told that she may drown, but she insists that she's a swimmer. She reaches for the last rung on the inflatable ladder. She reaches the line between sink and swim and promptly goes backwards taking a civilian at the bottom with her.
