We didn't realize that the camera hadn't come on when she explained the challenge, so I will transcript it below.

"Hi, I'm Emily ! I'm doing Mike Riley's Shaving Cream challenge to raise awareness for Muscular Dystrophy for the 4th of July. It's easy. All you have to do is put your bare feet in shaving cream or donate to the MD Association. I'm challenging everyone to do a video of this. Please try to do this in 3 days. Let's go viral! Also, please sit when you put your feet in because it's slippery."

I created a challenge to raise awareness for muscular dystrophy, a group of diseases that causes progressive weakness and loss of muscle mass. Some people who have muscular dystrophy will eventually lose the ability to walk, and some may have trouble breathing or swallowing. It affects many people and there is no cure.

The challenge is pretty simple. All you have to do is film yourself, putting your feet into a big tub or pile of shaving cream, and post the video here on YouTube. Or donate to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or my MDA page and nominate your friends to do the same. It’s slippery, so sit down when you do the challenge because I don’t want anyone falling.
