Another take on creating the Energy Balloon as we advance in our FOCUS 10 journey. This peaceful chant against the backdrop of desert winds should make creating an imagery of the vastness of power and energy that much more vivid. Enjoy!

STEPS:
1. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
2. Let the energy flow out the top of your head
3. Then imagine it flow down you, all around you
4. Let it re-enter at the bottom of your feet
