(E13) Kipa 28mm Flat slide carb install on CG250, RPS condor test ride. Kipa better than Nibbi?

Testing out the Kipa 28mm with power jet, comparing it to the Nibbi 28mm I put on a few months ago, is it better? I think so. Says for 2 stroke but will work for 2 or 4.
