Ordered the large based on the recommended fit from past orders....should have went with XL but I can say as warm as they are you don't need a whole lot of under layers to stay warm even at 12 degrees
Get a size or 2 up

I have a large they fit me perfect I where my jogging pants under them all I need absolutely love them
I liked everything about them except based off thier sizing chart should have fit was too small.
