*BODY-CAM* - Zapata County Deputies SNAP-OFF man’s leg because he was speaking

Zapata, TX - Deputies responded to a NON-VIOLENT domestic call in the house of Mr. Barrientos. While speaking with Mr. Barrientos Deputy Martinez tells Barrientos “I’m going to throw you to the ground” because he was speaking. Deputies abruptly threw Mr. Barrientos to the floor not noticing that one leg bent the opposite direction it’s suppose to bend and caused Mr. Barrientos to almost bleed out and not being able to save his leg.
