Amazing electricity with plastic bullets

Watch this amazing video about the strange nature of electricity. I use to collect small bullets for children's guns and put it in a plastic cup. One time they fell on the floor and when I placed them back in they started flying around. I could control them with my finger. I guess it happened because of some sort of electricity.
