LGBT groups scared as Russian bill inches closer

Russia's parliament was one step closer on Thursday (July 13) towards outlawing all medical and psychological help for transgender people, including all aspects of gender confirmation. Rights groups are predicting it will lead to an underground hormone drug market and a spike in attempted suicides. Olivia Zollino has more.
