Flooding DUMBs

Save the children then flood the DUMBs. I search for quite a while looking at data from NY and Vermont water levels for July 2023.
This one of lake Champlain really stood out. Could I be misinterpreting it or the timing off?
It sure looks on the mark to me. Water is gravity fed. Unless hydrolics are used. But lots of water rushing down underground. Would surly go up above sea level as the pressure holds.
There also have been recent earthquakes in the finger lakes region. You tell me. Am I on to the source of the water?
Im sure trolls will say it was used to put out fires in Canada. 😆
