Biden ‘serious’ about pursing prisoner swap with Russia for WSJ reporter

During a press conference in Finland Thursday, President Joe Biden said he is “serious” about arranging a prisoner exchange with Russia for Wall Street Journalist reporter Evan Gershkovich. “I'm serious about doing what we can to free Americans who are being illegally held in Russia, or anywhere else for that matter,” said Biden. “And that process is underway."
