An 83-year-old grandfather proves that you are only as old as how you feel, getting inside an electronic music festival and letting his youthful side loose. What a champ! Not everyone can pull a dance like that one. And it’s not even a hard melody; it’s really repetitive, soothing even!

This elderly gentleman passes by the party and he just decides to join in! Even though he's a bit discrete and stands aside, but nevertheless, he pulls off some epic dance moves and makes the entire party even more fun! He surely partied like a true rock star back in his days, judging by these moves!

This elderly gentleman might be quite nimble for his age, but he has still a lot to go before he can become like this lady! This following video shows 91-year-old Johanna Quaas raising herself on the parallel bars with incredible ease at the Internationales Deutsches Turnfest Berlin competition. Quaas used to be a sport teacher and still trains daily practicing gymnastics and swimming. During the 1960s in former GDR she trained gymnasts who were selected for 1964 Summer Olympics.
