NRM SHOULD STOP UNDEMOCRATIC ACTS OF BALLOT STUFFING

Uganda people’s congress –UPC has strongly condemned the undemocratic acts of ballot stuffing by the NRM political party during elections.

On Thursday last week, UPC’s Eunice Otuko Apio won the Oyam county North constituency parliamentary seat by 15,718 in the recently concluded by elections.
UPC has today reflected on what transpired during the by- election and regretted how the NRM political party engaged in electoral malpractices including ballot stuffing.
