The UFO is said to have crashed in the mountains of Spitsbergen in 1952, discovered by Norwegian jet planes. The unmanned unidentified flying saucer would be made out of unknown extraterrestrial alloy.

According to the Norwegian Defense Museum, the jets were stationed at Gardermoen AFB (about 50 km north of Oslo). With an action radius of only 980 klicks, "we can definitely rule this claim out," says Norwegian Defense Museum.
