Rain and coniferous trees

It's raining. June."Picea glauca Conica" in the center. I bought this tree for $15. Conica reaches a height of 10-13 feet. Spruce grows 2-4 inches each year. This is a very slow growing tree. New needles are usually yellow. And the old needles are green. The more yellow the Conica, the more new needles it has.
