Complete 20 Min ABDOMINAL WORKOUT.
Hello! I propose to do a press workout with me today. This is a complete abdominal workout in 20 minutes!
There will be 20 exercises in the workout, each of which is performed for 45 seconds and 15 seconds for rest and change of position! Therefore, do not rush when doing exercises, otherwise you may not reach the end. Do the exercises measuredly at a pace that is comfortable for you and do not forget about breathing!
Also remember: no exercise will remove your stomach! Important on the way to losing weight and cubes on the stomach is a proper and balanced diet, calculation of kcal per day and constant activity, a healthy lifestyle, giving up bad habits, good recovery and rest.
