NATO’s megalomania is expressed in all of its actions – Lavrov

Sergey Lavrov is attending the ASEAN Foreign Ministers meeting in Jakarta. While speaking on the sidelines of the event, Moscow’s top diplomat said that NATO treats China-Russia relations like a threat, and behaves like megalomaniacs.
