William Cooper presents at the Global Deception Conference at Wembley Arena Conference Centre in North London, on January 9/10, 1993.

“This Conference was actively sabotaged in many ways. Audio and Visual recording was severely compromised.

This 1993 VHS Record was recovered by using several hand held camera recordings to provide audio for the main Master audio, which was so distorted it was unusable.

Consequently severe lip sync issues are present, which we have tried to correct
in this 2010 Archive Release.”
