A topic grossly neglected by the body of Christ is unholy soul ties.
When you read the Word of God you will never find our heavenly Father advocating abuse.
If you are in a relationship and are being abused, whether it is physical, emotional, or mental abuse, please know God wants you to fulfill your destiny on this earth, in this life. Living in a state of trauma is not ok with our Lord. It takes courage to leave and trust in God for a new beginning. If you fully surrender to Him, He will heal your soul wounds, give you a sound mind, give you wisdom and strength for each step of the journey to healing and wholeness and fulfilling your destiny in Christ Jesus. I pray God will send you a solid support network to walk with you through this journey. Sometimes you may start alone, but you need support. Cling to God with all your heart everyday. He will give you a new beginning. You will need to go through a process of healing and also a time to become your own self, especially if your identity was consumed by another. You will need to establish healthy boundaries and make changes, break curses, and soul ties, so you will not repeat the cycle with someone else.
