2005 F2250 Replacing the Radio and Replacing Cup Holders

Unfortunately I'm waiting on Holley to send me a replacement Terminator X ECU, so we pause on the C4rtvette and address a few problems with the Ford F-250 that I recently purchased.

I replace the stock radio with an Atoto F7 XE, install TMPS, and replace the cup holders.
