Mike Novogratz: "SEC will approve a Spot Bitcoin ETF but US Gov is selling off Bitcoin like fools"

Mike Novogratz, the founder of Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd., said he expects Bitcoin to rise by the end of this year and predicts the US will approve the Spot Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Funds, but at the moment, the US Government is selling off a large quality of Bitcoin they've confiscated from Organized Crime and that is a dumb move on their part.

Government is notorious for bureaucracy creating situations where one hand is not following the other.
One branch of the US Gov selling off their Bitcoin for pennies on the dollar on the cusp of an enormous price spike due to both the Spot ETF and 2024 Halving is essentially shooting themselves in the foot, profit wise, as both events will create scarcity that may send the price of Bitcoin up multiple times what they are currently selling it for.
