California's Racist Sentencing Law Requires Judges To Consider Race

In accordance with the advice of California‘s racial reparations task force, Democrats in California have gone even further in violating constitutional law in the name of “anti-racism.”

The California House of Representatives has passed a blatantly unconstitutional and racist bill that will mandate courts to consider race when issuing sentencing decisions.

This bill is outright unconstitutional and immoral. In this video, I go over why the bill is such a bad idea and it will hurt black people and people of color more than anyone else.
