North Korea has fired another ballistic missile off its east coast. The latest missile launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile comes after Pyongyang warned the United States over incursions by its 'spy planes'. The ICBM flew for more than an hour and covered a 1000 km before landing short of Japanese waters. Immediately after the launch, the U.S. and South Korea vowed to further strengthen joint defence.
