The Meaning of Abundant Life

John 10:10 says “The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].” This is the meaning of abundant life: out of the deficit, healed and set free. And then not only out of the deficit but in the overflow. It also means to be a vessel of God in His fullness (a vessel of God’s power).
