Elon Musk launches new AI startup with quest to find ‘the true nature of the universe’

Elon Musk announced the launch of his new artificial intelligence startup xAI in a post to Twitter Wednesday. Details of Musk’s new business venture are limited aside from the company’s website stating its goal is to “understand the true nature of the universe.” Musk and 12 xAI staffers will host a Twitter Spaces chat July 14 to introduce themselves and answer questions about the startup.
