This plays when Cid explains why he believes the blight occurs, and what is likely to await the realm if nothing is done about it.

This track is very similar to the Title Screen theme but it's actually not the same, plus it's a standalone song with an actual ending rather than a repeat. I actually almost didn't notice and therefore almost skipped it. Full glad I am that I did not.
