This is the bizarre moment when a group of unidentified immigrants interrupted a model's video shoot in Miami Beach, Florida on July 10th, 2015 while running to shore from a nearby boat.

Ekaterina Juskowski, a Miami-based artist and a founder of the Miami Girls Foundation, was filming the model when she witnessed the individuals fleeing in the background. At first, she stopped the video because she thought it was scuba divers, but soon she realized it was about nine migrants running toward the shore.

Watch the awkward moment when this model had her video shoot interrupted in a dramatic fashion when a group of illegal immigrants ran ashore from a nearby boat. Reportedly, criminal groups often drop off migrants and drugs along the coastline of Florida because authorities struggle to cover it all.

Witnessing people starting their life anew by jumping off the boat and running into the city made my personal struggle seem rather small. As controversial as the problem of illegal immigration can be for many of us, it is important to remember that people come here in search of the better life, and it comes at a very high price of great courage, hard work, and loneliness.

Footage shows over a dozen men pouring out of a boat and heading towards the shore during a photo shoot. Little did we know it was a matter of transnational criminal organization smuggle criminals and narcotics onto the beach.

Juskowski says ‘As controversial as the problem of illegal immigration can be for many of us, it is important to remember that people come here in search of the better life, and it comes at a very high price of great courage, hard work, and loneliness,' 'I got to know America as a country with a big heart. While I trust it to the U.S. government to work out the policies on improving the immigration laws, it feels natural to stay compassionate and understanding on a personal level.'
