Check out the progress Peter made in just over 3 months of serious lifting. His diet wasn't the best, but as you can see from the lack of abs he put on a ton of muscle. Peter consistently lifted for 90 minutes, 5 days a week, reminding us that there's no reason you can't do as well or even better than he did, especially if you're more disciplined about your diet!
