The Green Butcher - HITMAN 3 Featured Contract

According to the contract setter, the idea behind this one is that the targets all come to the butcher's shop. Well, that's how it's supposed to work, but on PS4 and PS5 versions the final target almost always gets stuck on an infinite smoking loop. Hence the strange strategy to move him to a better position. I've seen him move normally ONCE in a hundred tries AND once I prevented him from smoking at all with a distraction, leading him to go to the shop early. I spent all day trying to get this contract to work.
