I recently tried Brooks Mens Launch 9 Neutral Running Shoe and I have to say I am impressed. Firstly, these shoes are well-made. The material is sturdy and I feel confident that they will last for a long time.
In terms of fit, I have struggled to find shoes that accommodate my wide forefoot and narrow heel, but these shoes do the trick pretty damn well. The architecture of the shoe is also very supportive and prevents any unwanted pronation.
Although I will admit that these shoes take some getting used to, I find them to be very comfortable. The neutral cushioning allows me to feel the ground while I run, but with enough cushioning to ensure a pleasant stride.
I have even run 4 miles in these shoes with absolutely no complaints. I cannot say the same for other running shoes I have tried. One thing that really stood out to me is how light these shoes are.
As someone who values a lightweight shoe, these really impressed me. Price-wise, these shoes are very reasonable for what you are getting.
I have been searching for shoes at a reasonable price point that compare to my old Nikes, and I think I may have finally found them. That being said, I do worry about the durability of the shoes as they feel a bit flimsy.
I hope they last, but only time will tell. One minor negative is that the shoe laces are weak and thin. However, this is a small issue in the grand scheme of things.
Overall, I highly recommend the Brooks Mens Launch 9 Neutral Running Shoe. They are comfortable, supportive, and reasonably priced.
