The result of NATO summit is what Russia expected – Konstantin Gavrilov

NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg has announced the adoption of a plan to put 300,000 soldiers on high alert near Europe's eastern flank, right on the Russian border, also declaring a need to boost munitions production capacity and increase the bloc's military spending.

We discussed the matter with the Head of the Russian delegation at the Vienna talks on military security and arms control, Konstantin Gavrilov.
