Pain will happen in the form of injuries, migraine headaches, or even chronic health conditions. So we have to be ready for them and know what to do.
I exercise, play sports, and go pretty hard on my body. I have even been the unfortunate recipient of many nasty migraine headaches through the years. So I get it…
But the last thing I want to do is destroy my gut in the process of trying to find some relief.
The first measure in reliving pain is self care to avoid the painful situation. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
From there I like to use peppermint oil, cbd, and ice for relief of many musculoskeletal discomforts.
The other thing you want to do is focus on reducing inflammation. Less inflammation = less pain. In my practice I recommend a formula daily that includes ingredients like turmeric, ginger, and frankincense. Let me tell you, people rave about its ability to reduce their pain.
