A disabled person mobilized in Ukraine surrendered to Russians and said that Ukraine is grabbing everyone to send them to war.
He was dragged out of a bus, brought to the military enlistment office, beaten and handed a summons.
One of the men did not want to take the summons and his fingers were broken with the butt of a gun and he was still forced to take it.
