If you suspect that someone has blocked you on Instagram and you want to confirm it, here are the steps to follow:

Search for the user: Open the Instagram app on your mobile device or go to the Instagram website and log in to your account. Use the search bar to look for the profile of the person you suspect has blocked you. Enter their username and tap on their profile in the search results.

Check their profile: If the person's profile appears normally, with their posts and follower count visible, it's unlikely that they have blocked you. However, if you notice that their posts, followers, or following count is not visible, it could be an indication that they have blocked you.

Search for direct messages: To further confirm if someone has blocked you, try sending them a direct message. Go to the direct message screen by tapping the paper airplane icon at the top right of the Instagram app or website. Enter the username of the person you suspect has blocked you and try sending them a message. If you're blocked, you won't be able to send the message, and it won't be delivered.

Look for previous conversations: If you have had previous conversations with the person you suspect has blocked you, go to your message inbox and search for their name. If their profile picture or username appears, it means you're still able to view the conversation. However, if the conversation is no longer visible or their profile picture and username are replaced with a generic Instagram icon, it could indicate that they have blocked you.
