Poofs and Woodland Ruffles with Curl

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- 10in Poofs and Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long and Cut Curls 8in long

Top- 10in Poofs and Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long and Cut Curls 8in long

For Bottom you will need 10 Blue Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in plus 10 Tan Curls cut at 8in

For Top you will need 8 Blue Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in plus 8 Curls cut at 8in

Ribbons Cut -12in
