The death of prominent businessman Appolo Nyegamahe and former Member of Parliament Angiro Gutmoi has resurrected the debate on road usage in Uganda.
Parliament has faulted law implementers for failing the road usage policy in Uganda paving the way for an increase in road accidents.
In response, the Minister of state for Transport Fred Byamukama decries corruption eating up the Uganda Drivers Licensing System.
