Rumble / Funny & WeirdWe don’t often watch the news, but when something like this happens, it’s inevitable not to sit in front of the TV and turn up the volume. This is some wild west in modern time news! This is an unbelievable video showing police patrol cars attempting to round-up an escaped Buffalo running riot through a residential area. Can you believe your eyes?

Local authorities say that the police were dispatched Friday morning when the owner reported the buffalo jumped some fences at a rural property and fled. You can see in the footage the police car chasing the buffalo with flashing lights, however, the buffalo does not stop and continues to gallop along sidewalks, on grass, and into streets. After a long chase on the streets, we guess the buffalo got tired and the police officers managed to secure the buffalo, safely returning the animal to its home. Thankfully, no one was injured while it was out. Local authorities said they discovered the bison had made it past an electric fence and a barbed wire fence to escape its owner's property. Wow, two fences! It’s a good thing the animal or some people on the road were not hurt!

These animals are large, quick, and could do harm if encountered in the wrong circumstances. This agility and speed, combined with their great size and weight, makes bison herds difficult to confine, as they can easily escape or destroy most fencing systems, including most razor wire.
